The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and the only thing we ever hold is an email address you typed in yourself.
What this site collects
Nothing automatically. There is no analytics script, no advertising network, no social media embed and no cookie. Pages are static files; your browser fetches them and that is the end of it. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and for counting requests.
If you join the email list
- We hold the address you typed, and nothing else.
- It is used to send the planning checklist and occasional notes when a guide is updated.
- It is never sold, rented or passed to a clinic, hospital, agency or advertiser. It is stored by the email service that sends the list, and by nobody else.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, which removes the address.
- You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected], and we will.
Health data
Do not send us details of your medical history. We are not a clinic and we cannot hold that information safely or usefully. If you write to us about a procedure, keep it general.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version goes here with the date it changed.
